and randolph condition is scary,
like when he runs, (and i was pacing behind him today) his heart rate jumps to 180 really really fast and its super scary,he has this heart rate monitor that measures how fast his heart beats.and he still bluff me and told me he was wearing a bra -.-
which was actually a strap that you have to wear around your chest area.
whatever the strap is called la haha.
and the funny thing is that he is really really fit, he can do 10 plus pull ups,
goes gymming swimming etc. and he's a real health junkie!
go for checkup ok!
if you do faint, i might not have the strength to lug you, i will just stand there and scream =X
on a side note, my stamina is improving back to my old stamina.
i want my old stamina back, where i could cover 4.2K and not feel tired but feel awesome.
time to start toning.
